This level is for children who building up their swimming confidence at their young age.
We work toward their water safety skills, submersion and breath holding/back floating technique.
The children work toward holding breath under water for more than 3 seconds & move legs/arms independently without parental assistance.
Back-floating & water safety skills are reinforced in this class.
In this level, we encourage parents to provide minimum support to their kids.
Students are to train toward starter level to & be able to attend the lesson independently.

1st independent learn to swim class. Student learn:
kicking & paddling skills with assistance
water safety skills
floating in different body position
Building on previous level skills, student learn:
Backwards dolphin kick
Individual medley skills
Build water confidence & be familiarize with water
Acquire water movement skills and stroke development
further training to become school/state/national swimmer
