This entry-level session is ideal for swimmers aged 7.5–9.5 who are confident in deep water and have basic freestyle skills. Across three days, students will learn essential dive concepts including body posture on the block, correct muscle engagement before take-off, and full-body coordination during entry. Cancellations are 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 under any circumstances. For cancellations made 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟰 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 to the course commencement date, 𝟴𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱.
